• This product is a handmade item, and production begins immediately upon ordering. Please choose carefully, as cancellations and refunds due to simple change of mind are not possible once production has started.
• Returns are not possible, but if damage is certain, we can arrange for a replacement.
• Got damaged during delivery, please take pictures 'immediately' after receiving it and send an inquiry email.
  We will check and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.
• Minor scratches on the surface are normal due to the nature of the raw materials used in the manufacturing process.
• Products that have been damaged during use are not eligible for warranty service (A/S).

• The screen color and the actual product color may vary slightly.
• Be cautious of very strong impacts or friction as they may lead to breakage.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets to prevent ingestion.
• While the internal liquid is not harmful to the human body, avoid consumption in case of leakage due to damage.
• Prolonged exposure to excessive sunlight or repeated exposure to low and high temperatures can cause evaporation of the internal liquid due to temperature fluctuations.
• Do not boil the product in boiling water for sterilization or disinfection purposes as it may lead to product deformation and stability issues.
• Avoid cleaning the product with alcohol pads, as it may cause discoloration in acrylic and plastic materials.
• Store the product away from open flames to prevent deformation, maintaining a safe distance from any sources of heat.
• Please note that exchanges and refunds are not available for damaged products during use.
