Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

  • Blu.Lemonayd ships worldwide only.

  • Delivery availability may vary depending on each country's customs and local postal regulations.

2. Shipping Fees and Customs

  • International shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination.

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Additional charges may occur depending on local customs regulations in the destination country.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Shipments are not made on weekends or public holidays.

  • Delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or customs issues. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Average international delivery time: 7 to 15 days after shipment.

  • The actual delivery period may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance status.

  • Please note that customs inspections or flight delays may extend the delivery time.

5. Shipping Carrier and Tracking

  • All international orders are shipped via Korea Post (EMS or Registered Mail).

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

  • You can also check your tracking information in your order history page.

6. Address Changes and Delivery Failures

  • If you need to change your shipping address or recipient information, please contact us before the order is shipped.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or failure to contact, reshipping fees will apply.

  • Re-shipment will be processed after the additional shipping fee is paid.

7. Partial Shipments

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.

  • No additional shipping fee will be charged for split shipments.

8. Pre-Orders and Custom Items

  • For pre-order or made-to-order items, the shipping schedule stated on each product page takes priority.

  • When an order includes multiple items, the entire order may be shipped according to the latest item’s dispatch date.

9. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Minor scratches or dents on the outer packaging that do not affect product quality or function are not considered defects.

10. Gift Wrapping

  • Gift wrapping services are not available at Blu.Lemonayd.

11. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
