Important Notice:
Due to temperature changes during shipping
and long periods without movement,
the face confetti may stick to the surface
and not move freely.
If this happens,
please shake the product vigorously several times
until the two liquids mix well.
Then, turn Ditto’s face upward
and gently tilt it in multiple directions.
Please wait for Ditto to slowly come together.
As this happens, the face confetti will naturally loosen and separate.
Doing this a few times will help it separate more smoothly.
1) The air bubble inside the case may grow.
This happens because of dissolved oxygen in the liquid.
And This product is not a fully sealed, single piece glass structure,
so depending on storage and usage conditions, the amount of liquid inside may gradually decrease over time.
Within approximately the first 3 weeks after production,
a relatively noticeable change of up to about 10mm may occur.
After that, the rate of change gradually slows down.
Please make sure you fully understand and agree with these product characteristics before purchasing.

2) The transparent part of the face may appear more visible due to light reflection.
3) There may be tiny acrylic fragments inside (about 0.1 to 0.5 mm) that come from creating the liquid injection opening.please keep this in mind if you’re sensitive to such details.
4) The edges may appear white, but shaking it firmly will make it come off.
However, in some cases, If the temperature changes suddenly due to extreme cold or heat edges may appear slightly white.
5) There may be slight stickiness around the hook connection(Hole) area.
Simply wipe it once with a dry tissue.
‼️The fidget version does not include accessories such as a keychain or a pop socket, and the acrylic stand shown in the photo.
‼️Due to the handmade nature of the product and the case manufacturing process, minor scratches may be present (especially along the edges).
‼️Phone grip is not compatible with PopSockets. (It is not swappable.)
‼️Tracking is included with standard shipping.
‼️It takes about 6 to 12 days to make the item.

- This product is a handmade item, and production begins immediately upon ordering. Please choose carefully, as cancellations and refunds due to simple change of mind are not possible once production has started.
- Returns are not possible, but if damage is certain, we can arrange for a replacement.
- Got damaged during delivery, please take pictures 'immediately' after receiving it and send an inquiry email.
We will check and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement. - Minor scratches on the surface are normal due to the nature of the raw materials used in the manufacturing process.
- Products that have been damaged during use are not eligible for warranty service (A/S).

- Avoid cleaning the product with alcohol pads, as it may cause discoloration in acrylic and plastic materials.
- Store the product away from open flames to prevent deformation, maintaining a safe distance from any sources of heat.
- Please note that exchanges and refunds are not available for damaged products during use.
