Important Notice:

1) Small scratches on the case are marks (Especially the scratches along the edges) that naturally occur during the molding process or while the cases are being shipped to me, so I’m not able to offer exchanges for that issue.

2) The transparent part of the face may appear more visible due to light reflection.

3) If the face part of Ditto isn’t coming loose from the case, try shaking it hard or placing a towel on the table and gently tapping it on top of that.
(It’s sturdy, so it won’t break easily, so no need to worry.)
Once the face comes loose, shake it firmly from time to time.
The more you shake it, the more smoothly it will move.
Since the face is designed to float on top of the liquid, it can’t avoid a bit of friction with the inner case, so the movement might not be perfectly smooth.

4) Please check if the protective film is still on. remove the protective film after receiving the package and before using it!

5) There may be tiny acrylic fragments inside (about 0.1 to 0.5 mm) that come from creating the liquid injection opening.please keep this in mind if you’re sensitive to such details.

6) The edges may appear white, but shaking it firmly will make it come off.
However, in some cases, If the temperature changes suddenly due to extreme cold or heat edges may appear slightly white.

7) For phone grips and MagSafe products, small air bubbles may be visible in the adhesive along the edges.

This is a handmade item that will begin production on December 15, 2025.
It takes about 7 to 14 days to make the item.
